Kevin's father was mentioned, briefly, in the Ben 10: Alien Force episode "Darkstar Rising". We were given no name, no information besides his occupation and the hint that he either died or disappeared during his time with the Plumbers.
The name "Curtis" was picked from What are Little Girls Made Of?" for amusement purposes. Go on, tell me you weren't amused. Mark Strong is the PB and belongs to himself.
